  • Barracuda supplies project management for Drilling, Completions, Frac Monitoring, Well Plugging & Well plugging (i.e. construction, production work, work-overs and suspensions).
  • Does Barracuda supply field personnel?
  • Barracuda will supply field consultants to producers that want to manage their own onsite operations for Drilling, Construction, Completions, Frac Monitoring and Well plugging. We will also supply field consultants for projects managed and operated by Barracuda.
  • What will the project management consist of?
  • Barracuda will get involved as early as possible for new Drilling and Completions:
    • Multi or single well pad job planning for optimum drilling and completion timing.
    • Plan frac designs up front to ensure casing, liners and well heads systems are properly rated and final completion design is not restricted
    • Horizontal well planning
    • We will program the completion
    • We will manage the completion and all reporting
    • We will handle and code / approve invoicing
    • We will update the operator either daily or hourly depending on operations
    • We will continue to keep communication from field to office clear and uninterrupted with communication for direction completely under the operators control with our experience to help guide you
