SHAWN TIVADAR

Shawn's strong business ethics and non-compromising standards have earned him a reputation of being a solid, exceptional construction and drilling/completions manager. Having started in the oil and gas business while he was still in high school, he has been exposed to rigorous challenges and hurdles. With over 35 years' experience and having worked locally and internationally since 1980, most notably 18 years in the Middle East and North Africa, he has experience both on and off shore. Shawn values team work and acts as a strong mentor and coach for junior team members. He understands the value of capital efficiency and execution excellence, which drives Shawn to deliver the best possible product and results to the end user. Shawn does not compromise with regards to HSSE and regulatory requirements and, consequently, has a strong understanding and track record on how a safe operation will in turn be an efficient operation.

JEREMY SADLEIR - CONSULTANT

Jeremy is a Certified Engineering Technologist with 20 years of extensive drilling & completions engineering and operations experience across North America. Having engineered and worked some of the highest profile plays on the continent Jeremy understands planning and execution. He recognizes capital demands and the importance of delivering safe, efficient operations. His skill set spans engineering, operations and supply chain, which affords him a unique perspective to help deliver the highest value. He puts a high importance on ethics and morality which helps build a strong level of trust with everyone he works with. Jeremy’s safety record is second to none. He understands that by combining uncompromising safety with efficient operations he can deliver the most cost effective wells and projects. Jeremy’s drive for continuous improvement is a big part of what differentiates him from his peers. He strongly believes in pushing the boundaries and constantly optimizing operations.
